You can shop at Small Is Amazing from any country in the EU, Brazil, USA, Canada and Switzerland.
If you reside in a country that isn’t listed above, don’t be sad! Get in touch with us and, together, we’ll figure out the best way to bring your order to you.
 
HOW CAN I CANCEL AN ORDER?
 
1. Canceling before package has been shipped
You can cancel your order if, within 24 hours after placing it, you send an e-mail to info@smallisamazing.com with the subject “Order cancelation”, where you must clearly state your intention.
 
2. Canceling my order upon its delivery
This counts as returning an item. For more information about this, please click HERE.
 
 
HOW TO EXCHANGE AN ITEM PURCHASED AT SMALL IS AMAZING?
After you’ve received your package, you have 8 days to exchange or return it*.
Small Is Amazing is responsible for all costs (in packages up to 2kg) in case an item is to be returned or exchanged for the first time.
In following exchanges, the client will be responsible for those costs (except for quality issues).

*Unfortunately, we don’t accept returns or exchanges on any kind of jewelry, skin care products, underwear, swimsuits, items that have been customized, as well as any other item that has that indication next to its description.
 
WHAT IS THE TIME LIMIT FOR THE EXCHANGE OF AN ITEM BOUGHT AT SMALL IS AMAZING?
You have 8 days to request the exchange of an item purchased at Small Is Amazing.
 
IF I CAN’T FIND AN ITEM THAT I’M INTERESTED IN EXCHANGING THE ONE I BOUGHT/RECEIVED FOR, DOES SMALL AND AMAZING OFFER A REFUND?
Yes. As soon as the item returns to our headquarters, we will proceed to give you your money back more or less within a week (it may take longer during Christmas or in an out-of-stock situation).
In case you wish to return the item, shipping costs will not be charged.
You will only be refunded the cost of the item(s) through the same payment method you used (please indicate your IBAN if payment has been made via wire transfer or from an ATM).
Money will be returned to the account/card that was used for purchasing.
Please note that refunding via credit card/wire transfer can take up to 15 working days, depending on the bank.
 
 
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY PACKAGE?
If the item you ordered is available*, it will take from 3 to 5 working days to ship to Continental Portugal, 8 to 10 days to Madeira, Azores, EU countries and Brazil, and 10 to 12 days to the USA, Canada and Switzerland.
 
*At Small Is Amazing we offer you a very exclusive line of products 100% Made in Portugal, which may also mean that the quantity in stock is reduced. Furthermore, some of our items are even unique, limited editions or even custom-made, which requires additional production time. During Christmas we can’t guarantee that orders will be delivered within the estimated days given that we may run out of stock more frequently.
 
 
IS THERE A MINIMUM PURCHASE AMOUNT?
No, there isn’t.
 
HOW SAFE IS IT TO USE MY CREDIT CARD ON YOUR WEBSITE?
It’s perfectly safe for you to use your credit card in any purchase at Small Is Amazing because we use a secure server (SSL 128 bits) that encrypts all of the confidential information regarding your card. All Netscape Navigator or Microsoft Internet Explorer (from version 3.0 on) browsers support SSL.
 
I’M TRYING TO PLACE AN ORDER, BUT WHEN I TRY TO PAY, I’M TOLD THAT THE CARD INFORMATION IS INVALID. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
You need to make sure that the information you’re giving us about your credit card is correct:
- Your credit card number must have 16 digits;
- The security code must have 3 digits;
- In the expiration date, the year must have 4 digits and the month must have 2, please don’t add “-“
 
 
I WANT BUY A GIFT FOR A FRIEND. HOW CAN I DO THIS?
If you want to buy something for someone other than yourself and have it delivered as a present, you can do it when you’re completing your order. You should select these options:
- Click “Change delivery address” and fill out the blanks
- Click the option “Giftwrap this item”
- Finally, click “confirm” to complete your order
 
THE ITEM I HAD IN MY SHOPPING CART IS NOW OUT OF STOCK. WHAT HAPPENED?
At Small Is Amazing we offer you an exclusive line of products 100% Made in Portugal, which may also mean that the quantity in stock is reduced. Furthermore, some of our items are even unique, limited editions or even custom-made.
We keep our stock constantly updated, which means that if one item is displayed in our website, it’s because it is available for purchase. However, a situation in which various clients are purchasing the same item at the same time can occur, making our stock information slightly imprecise.
We apologize for this; it really is possible for an item to be gone in the blink of an eye!
