Can I order without being registered?
No. If you don’t do it initially, you’ll be asked to do so to complete your order.
What happens to my contact/billing information after registration?
All information inserted on the website as well as your order history are exclusively available to you as soon as you login. If you wish to edit/delete your information at any time, you can do so by clicking on “my account”.
What if I forget my password?
That’s alright. After you click LOGIN/REGISTER, please click (?) and follow the instructions. An e-mail will be sent to the e-mail address you indicated when you registered.
Am I added to your mailing list after registering?
Yes. You’ll receive all information, promotions and special offers via e-mail.
2. ORDERING, PAYMENT & SHIPPING
How do I look for items? At Small Is Amazing you can shop in various ways. The easiest way to surf the website is to use the menu SHOP at the top of the page, where you’ll find a general view of our products or you can browse, filter and customize your search. If you know what you are looking for, use the search box at the top of the page.

- Know the total cost of your order as well shipping fees.
I don’t want to order just yet
Not a problem. Add the item(s) to your “Wishlist”! Beware that items may become unavailable while you make your decision.
The item I want is sold out
Don’t be sad! If you’re interested in it, add it to your “Wishlist” and, as soon as it is in stock again, we’ll send you an e-mail.
How to place an order
When you find an item of your liking, all you have to do is select size (and/or other specifications when required) and the quantity you wish to purchase. Then click ADD TO CART. You can keep shopping or you can go to SHOPPING BAG and proceed to checkout by clicking BUY NOW.
How to pay for my order
Our payment method is quick and easy. As soon as you confirm your order, you’ll have various payment options – we accept plenty of the existing credit cards as well as PayPal.
For items that require you to contact us first and/or personalized treatment, payment can be made through wire transfer – bank information will be sent directly to the client.
Orders shipped to countries outside of the European Union, or with taxation and customs policies different from most countries in the E.U., can be susceptible to taxes and/or customs duties charged in the destination country (Importation Fees). The recipient of an international transfer is subject to these importation fees as soon as the order arrives its destination.
The recipient may also be subject to additional costs regarding customs clearance.
Small Is Amazing can’t control or predict those costs.
Customs policies depend greatly on the country; the client must contact their local Customs Office for more information. Necessary procedures conducted by the customs clearance of goods can delay the estimated delivery time.
If you pay with credit card, the total cost of your order will be charged according to your account policies for international purchases.
Please note that the recipient is responsible for any fees related to the transaction, which will be charged after the order is delivered.
Orders will be dispatched via the CTT EMS or SEUR (according to destination), directly to your shipping address. There will be 3 attempts to deliver your order: in the first one, if there is no one to receive the package at the indicated address, a note will be left in the mail. You may contact the carrier and schedule a new delivery or wait for them to attempt a second time. If the package isn’t delivered after 3 attempts, the order is canceled and the package will be returned to Small Is Amazing.
How do I know if my order has been placed?
We will send you a confirmation e-mail as soon as you have finalized your purchase.
